the staff answered our questions about the area.
The room was really small. As soon as i opened the door, it hit a cupboard. the bathroom was even smaller, i had to close the door to use the sink. it seemed like sleeping in a closet.

i found the breakfast service very convenient and appreciated the options provided. the room was clean and well kept with fresh towels supplied daily. the location proved easy for shopping since it was near the street. it was an inexpensive hotel located a short walk from the subway, about eight minutes (perfect for exploring).
the hotel could use some maintenance, but it did not affect my stay much.

staff members were polite and friendly, the room was cleaned daily. miriam at the front desk offered really good assistance . the housekeeping staff were kind and helpful, contributing to an overall pleasant experience.

the room was a double room with two double beds, it felt outdated. the bathroom door's wood was peeling. it was a real eyesore. i found this really disappointing.
